A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, Barbara completed graduate studies Pratt Institute, with honors. She won two "Big W" awards from the Advertising Club of Westchester this year.

Richard is an advertising and marketing strategist, author, teacher and speaker. He is best known for his reign as Absolut Worldwide Account Director at TBWA\Chiat\Day. There he was responsible for strategy, marketing, and creative, globally, for Absolut vodka.

Richard is the author of the New York Times best seller ABSOLUT BOOK, which was followed by ABSOLUT SEQUEL in 2005. He teaches a course on branding at Yale University, and serves as seminar chair for the School of Management’s Center for Consumer Insights.

Sylvia O’Hagan’s career in public relations spans over twenty years. Sylvia has held both management and consultant positions for several PR agencies, as well as having her own clients. Sylvia handles all facets of public relation campaigns including strategizing, press communications, media outreach, media tours, event planning and client relations. Sylvia is also a published author with numerous magazine, newspaper, website and blogging credits.

His creative awards include honors from The One Show, Clios, Art Direction, Mobius, and ADDYs. A seasoned strategist, Brian has also won 5 Gold Effies for advertising effectiveness.

Don has developed of a broad range of programs, including new product launches, PR campaigns and websites. He has considerable experience with clients in fields as diverse as telecommunications, technology, healthcare, arts & entertainment, nonprofits and professional services. Don has won many awards for his work, including the Direct Marketing Association's prestigious Echo Award, the International Advertising Festival Award, the Summit Award, and scores of awards from the New Jersey Ad Club and Jasper.
